Standard UK Delivery
All Orders.  We aim to despatch all orders within 28 working days of them being placed.  Our carrier aims to deliver all items within 3 working days of receipt. The Standard delivery charge is £8.50.

24 Hour UK Despatch..  Most of our filled trugs contained fresh foods which are locally sourced, for those in a hurry many of our filled trugs are available within 24 hours and can be packaged and sent within 24 hours - a surcharge of £15 is payable on this service.

Next Day Delivery
For next-day delivery (when trugs are in stock) a surcharge of £15 is payable.  To ensure a "Next Day" delivery please order before 2pm. Please note that a signature will be required on receipt for next day deliveries.

Overseas Delivery
When goods are posted ex-UK the purchaser accepts responsibility to pay all import taxes.

Packaging
All our trugs come wrapped in cellophane with a hand-tied ribbon and are  packed in boxes  for the journey.  We try to use only recycled packaging so don’t be surprised  if the box has been used before.  Please let us know if you want only new packaging used - we will need to charge an extra £3.

Dispatch Note
We include a dispatch note in all our boxes - to have your order delivered without a dispatch note included in the box please email sales@trugs.net.

Guarantee
All items will be shipped as soon as possible - normally within 4 days. Should there be a delay in your order you will be informed. If you are not entirely satisfied with your  purchase please contact us straight away and we will ensure complete satisfaction.

Cancellation
Rights In line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are fully entitled to cancel your order after you have made a purchase. This must be done within seven days of receiving the goods and full re-payment (less postage) will be made to you within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Prices, description and availability of goods

Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.

Governing Law

The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
